  1. Rapid Breathing Exercise 

This is similar to the yogic “Breath of fire”. Yogis claim that breath of fire is the key to higher consciousness. Tony Robbins does 3 sets of 30 breaths every day.

To do this Exercise:

> Sit with your back erect, hands placed on your knees and eyes closed.
> Now push your navel inwards, towards the spine during exhaling and release it on the     exhale. Your mouth will remain closed on inhaling as well as exhale. Imitate a panting      dog to know the rhythmic pattern, but keep mouth closed.
>You can increase the speed of inhales and exhales, but make sure the inhales and exhales are rhythmic and of equal length. 2-3 cycles per second with no pause is a good rate of breathing.

 

 

  1. Expressing Gratitude 

Gratitude is a simple but great habit which often comes best in return. Tony Robbins about gratitude says that you cannot be grateful and angry, or angry and fearful at the same time. So gratitude can help you to get rid of your mind of negativity.
